The till that prints the invoice and keeps the stock straight.

No monthly subscription, no internet needed at the counter: everything runs on the shop's own computer.

What it does

Sell

The cashier adds the items, takes cash, card or credit, and the ticket is out in seconds. A sale in progress can be parked to serve the next customer, then picked up again later.

Invoice

The customer asks for an invoice? One button at the moment of the sale, and it comes out numbered in the year's series, with the required details and the customer's name.

Stock

Every sale and every delivery updates the stock, and the home screen flags an item the moment it starts running low.

Know

The dashboard answers at a glance: today's sales, what customers still owe, and what is owed to suppliers.

One account for each person in the shop

A shop with more than one person at the counter doesn't need everyone to see the same things. Each person signs in on their own account, and what they can do depends on their role: owner, manager or cashier.

  • A cashier signs in at the till with a four-to-six-digit code; everyone else, with a name and a password.
  • A cashier sells, takes payment and prints the ticket. Nothing more: not what an item cost the shop, not the margin on it, not the suppliers, not the expenses, not the day's cash.
  • A cashier can give a discount up to the threshold the shop has set; past that, it takes the owner or the manager. A cashier can never type a different price on the line, or go past a customer's credit limit.
  • Each person opens and closes their own till: they count what is in the drawer, and the screen shows the difference against what was expected.
  • A manager can do everything the owner can, except manage the staff, read the audit log and download a backup copy.
  • A price changed, an invoice cancelled, a credit limit overridden: all of it goes in the log with the name of who did it. A blocked attempt goes in too, so the owner can see it happened.

What the tax office asks for, already built in

What an Algerian shop owner asks a till first, before anything else:

  • Every invoice carries a number in that year's series, with no gap and no repeat.
  • A cash payment carries the stamp duty, worked out automatically from the amount.
  • Each product carries its own TVA rate, 19%, 9% or 0%, and the tax is worked out per rate over the whole invoice.
  • The amount due is also spelled out in words, in French, Arabic and English.
  • Flat-rate or standard regime: under IFU no document names a tax, and every document keeps the regime it was issued under.

Three languages, not an afterthought

The screen, the ticket and the invoice exist in French, Arabic and English, and each is chosen freely: the language to work in and the language to print in.

Who it's for
